Shipping & Returns

STANDARD SHIPPING


Standard shipping on domestic items is 3-7 business days from order date. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

All orders IN STOCK leave our facility in 3-7 business days. Once it has been shipped out, you will receive a tracking number via E-mail automatically.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


International shipping is 3-7 business days. This does not include our 3-5 business days for processing. (customs)

There may be duties and taxes imposed on your order that aren't reflected in our prices. Check with your local Customs office for those charges. In addition, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. Swim Mentality is not responsible for any of these charges. The shipping charge only covers the shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can delay your package for reasons beyond our control.

If you refuse a shipment from Swim Mentality or a shipment is undeliverable, you are still responsible for the cost of the merchandise, the original shipping charges, any import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Swim Mentality. Overnight Express Shipping ( Domestic)


Express shipping for domestic orders is 1 business day  (must be placed by noon CST to ship same day).


We do our very best to ensure that all items are in stock but in the rare occurrence that an item is unavailable or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification, you will be notified within 48 business hours.

RETURNS


Swim Mentality wants you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. We understand you may want to occasionally return items because they're not quite right for you. For those times, here's what we can do for you:
Return for Store Credit Only(No exchanges).

 

Follow the instructions below to return items received within 7 days of delivery date.  Any packages returned to our warehouse outside of the 7 days will be subject to a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from the store credit amount. Please ensure conditions below are met before returning. 

It is the customers' responsibility to pay the shipping fees associated with returning the package unless the item is received damaged. Once your return has been received at the warehouse, Store Credit in the form of an eGift card will be issued which can be used immediately on the purchase of your exchange items. Store credit will be issued in the amount of the subtotal only. Returns are processed within 72 business hours of being received.

In addition, we do not accommodate exchanges for purchases made as we cannot guarantee the item purchased will be in-stock in the size or style desired at the time of processing return. We currently only offer store credit for returns only!

Conditions
Items must be in their original condition and sanitary protection labels in place. IF SANITARY STRIP ARE NOT ATTACHED TO SWIMSUIT/ LINGERIE, THE SWIMSUIT/ LINGERIE WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY BE REFUSED and returned to customer at their expense. 

We do NOT accept items that have been worn, abused, altered, soiled, stained, washed, or damaged in any way. Please avoid getting makeup, deodorant, tanning cream, any bodily fluids, and other similar stains on items when trying on. Items received in such condition will be rejected and returned to the customer. Customer will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the damage/worn item returned to them. If customer refuses to pay for return, entire order will be refused and not credited. 


We strongly suggest you do not remove your underwear when you first try on garments until you are sure that the fit and style are to your liking.


Sales and Clearance Items


Sale and clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.


Damaged or Defective Goods


At Swim Mentality, we take pride in our products and undergo several quality checks before being shipped to you. In the unlikely event you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order and we will make every attempt to replace it with the same or like item at no additional charge to you.
